Job Description :

The Site Engineer will coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely completion of work. Responsibilities include site supervision, quality control, material management, and adherence to petroleum safety norms and statutory regulations. The role also requires monitoring daily site activities, maintaining site records, and preparing progress reports.to manage and supervise petrol pump installation projects from site preparation to commissioning. The role involves overseeing civil, mechanical, and electrical works related to fuel stations, ensuring execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

Qualification : - B. Tech or Diploma ( Civil )

Experience : - 0 to 4 Years

MIS EXECUTIVE

MIS Executive
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented fresher to join our team as an MIS Executive. The role involves collecting, organizing, and analyzing data from various departments to prepare accurate MIS reports that support management decision-making. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate (preferably MBA) to build a career in data management, reporting, and business analytics in a dynamic corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

Collect and compile data from different departments (sales, finance, operations, HR, etc.) on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.

Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports using Excel and other basic tools.

Maintain and update databases/Excel sheets with accurate and up-to-date information.

Clean and validate data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and error-free reporting.

Generate ad-hoc reports and dashboards as requested by management or the MD's office.

Assist in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and highlighting variances/trends.

Support in maintaining records, filing, and documentation related to MIS activities.

Coordinate with team members and departments to gather required data timely.

Perform basic data entry, reconciliation, and simple analysis tasks.

Ensure confidentiality and data security in all MIS-related activities.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, BCA preferred); MBA (Finance, Business Analytics, or related specialization) is highly preferred.

Experience: Fresher or up to 1 year of relevant internship/project experience in data handling/reporting.

Age: Preferably 22–26 years.

Required Skills

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, charts, formulas – mandatory).

Good understanding of basic data analysis and reporting concepts.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office suite (Word, PowerPoint).

Exposure to tools like Google Sheets, Power BI, or SQL is a plus (training will be provided).

Good communication skills (written and verbal) in English; ability to present data clearly.

Quick learner with a proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership.
