Key Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with gold loan customers.
Handle inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
Loan Origination: Assist customers in the loan application process.Explain loan terms, interest rates, and documentation requirements.
Gold Appraisal : Evaluate the quality and value of gold jewelry submitted as collateral.Assess purity, weight, and market value.
Loan Disbursement: Manage the disbursement process.Ensure timely and accurate release of loan amounts.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records including loan agreements, promissory notes, and collateral details.
Repayment Management: Monitor repayments and educate customers on schedules and options.
Customer Education: Inform customers about loan terms, interest rates, and consequences of default.
Compliance: Ensure all processes follow banking and regulatory guidelines.
Cross-Selling: Promote other financial products like savings accounts, fixed deposits, or insurance.
Risk Management
Assess and mitigate risks related to gold loan defaults and collateral value.
Vacancies: PAN India vacancies
Eligibility: Graduates under 25 years of age (should not have completed 25 years of age as on the date of recruitment)
Selection Procedure
STEP 1: PSYCHOMETRIC TEST (Level 1) [ Examination Fee: NIL ]
All candidates are required to attend a psychometric test immediately after registration. The scores will be considered only during final evaluation. This is not a barrier for further process, but the scores lets the candidate self assess his chances of clearing the selection procedure and take decisions accordingly.
STEP 2: APTITUDE TEST ( Level 2) [Examination fee: INR200 to be paid by the candidate]
Once the psychometric test is completed, the candidate is required to attend an online aptitude test.
The examination fee is collected towards infrastructure cost and is not a guarantee for job. Exam fee once paid shall not be refunded once test is taken.
STEP 3: Document submission and interview
Once the aptitude test is cleared, the candidates will be required to submit the required documents, and interviews will be slotted by the hiring team at Manappuram Finance limited.
STEP 4: Branch Allocation and Joining
Once the candidate clears the interview, the candidate shall be allotted branches to join. The employment is subject to company policies and background verifications.

Once you successfully complete the aptitude test, you will be sent email with links to upload your documents.
Upon submission of required documents, your interview process will be initiated with the nearest branch with opening.
EXAM FEE
The first test is free to attend, while there is a nominal exam fee to attend the second battery of test. This examination fee covers the infrastructure cost to run the assessment for you, and at the same time, avoids free riders and unfocussed candidates from misusing the system.
