Step Two
Take the Psychometric Assessment
All applicants complete the DCAT — Differential Cognitive and Aptitude Test. 100 questions across 10 parameters that measure how you think, listen, advise, and evaluate. No right or wrong answers. No preparation required. Takes 20–25 minutes. Your results help us place you correctly on the panel and identify where development might be needed.

Step Three
Your Path Is Determined by Your Experience
Based on your years of experience in talent acquisition, you follow one of two routes. Both lead to the same panel. Both hold you to the same standard.
Under 5 Years in Talent Acquisition
Enrol in the Genvarsity CRP
Complete the 7-day Certified Recruiter Programme (₹1,999). Structured interviewing methodology, evaluation rubrics, candidate management, and feedback reporting. Followed by a 30-day supervised practicum on live Scout Express mandates before full panel access.
5+ Years in Talent Acquisition
Direct Panel Onboarding
Experienced TA professionals are onboarded directly following a brief structured panel conversation with a Genvarsity assessor. Demonstrates your evaluation standard before your first assignment. No 7-day programme required.

Start Hiring — First 30 Days: Supervised Practicum
CRP-route practitioners complete a 30-day supervised practicum — minimum 20 real interviews on live Scout Express mandates, spot-audited by senior assessors. Direct-entry practitioners begin on live assignments immediately. Full panel access and all earnings tiers unlock on practicum graduation.

Rating scale construction, behavioural anchors, inter-rater reliability, and bias identification. Applied to real candidate response transcripts.
Days 5–6
Consultative Guidance & Professional Conduct
Informing rather than selling. Candidate experience management. How to advise on programmes and pathways honestly. Session documentation on Scout Express.
Day 7
Capstone Assessment
Live assessment covering all modules. 70% pass threshold required for credential award. One remediation attempt available for scores between 55–69%.
