Post-interview evaluation against Scout's interviewer quality rubric. Passed candidates receive immediate onboarding confirmation. Candidates who do not meet threshold are redirected to the CRP pathway.

Onboarding & Panel Activation
Platform orientation, domain track assignment, and first assignment briefing. Senior practitioners are eligible for Tier 2 and Tier 3 assignments from the outset, subject to domain verification.
Outcome: Scout Verified Senior Interviewer Direct panel access without the 7-day programme. Eligible for Tier 2 and Tier 3 assignments from Day 1. Same quality accountability as all panel practitioners.
