Ensynapse Technique Pvt. Ltd. is an AI-first technology consulting-led business group, with products and services spanning HR tech, digital transformation, and AI-led business consulting — headquartered in Kerala, India. The Head of People Consulting will lead our people consulting practice: advising client organisations on people strategy, managing a growing team of independent HR consultants, and overseeing a recruitment delivery function that places talent across multiple employer accounts simultaneously.

This is not a corporate HR role. There is no single culture to steward, no single leadership team to manage upward. The mandate is broader and harder: build a consulting practice that delivers measurable people outcomes for clients, at scale, backed by Ensynapse's talent intelligence infrastructure — which no standalone consulting firm can match.

Lead the People Consulting Practice
Own the end-to-end delivery of HR consulting mandates across client organisations — spanning workforce planning, culture architecture, HR systems design, HRBP advisory, and organisational restructuring. You are the senior practitioner clients call when the problem is hard.

Build and Lead the HR Consultant Team
Recruit, develop, and manage a team of independent People Strategy Consultants and HR Business Analysts. Define engagement models, quality standards, and client protocols. Ensure every consultant on your bench is capable of representing Scout Express at the highest level.

Oversee Recruitment Delivery
Manage the Manager — Recruitment and their team of Recruitment Management Executives, who handle talent acquisition mandates for client companies through the Scout Express platform. Drive placement quality, turnaround time, and employer satisfaction metrics.

Own Client Relationships
Serve as the senior relationship owner for key consulting accounts. Identify expansion opportunities within existing clients, lead pitches for new mandates, and ensure client retention through consistent, measurable delivery.

Integrate Platform Intelligence into Advisory
Leverage Ensynapse's talent intelligence platform to make client recommendations sharper than any standalone HR consultant can. Translate live hiring data, placement signals, and employer intelligence into strategic advice that clients cannot get elsewhere.

Contribute to People Inside
Play an active role in People Inside — Ensynapse's HR community and learning initiative — facilitating masterclass sessions, mentoring certificate programme participants, and representing the practice as a thought leader in the global HR arena.

You have spent at least a decade in HR — ideally across more than one organisation and more than one industry. You are comfortable in a boardroom and on a factory floor. You have built things, fixed things, and watched things fail — and you know which of those experiences taught you the most.

You are not looking for a stable HR manager role inside a large company. You are looking for leverage — the ability to apply what you know across multiple organisations simultaneously, with the backing of a platform and a team.

10+ years in HR, with at least 3 years in a senior HRBP, HR Head, or consulting role
Domain
Deep expertise in at least two of: workforce planning, talent acquisition, culture design, HR operations, organisational development
Leadership
Demonstrated experience managing HR teams or consulting teams — hiring, developing, and holding standards
Commercial Instinct
Ability to manage client relationships, identify opportunities, and connect people strategy to business outcomes
Communication
Exceptional written and verbal communication — you can brief a CEO, write a policy, and coach a junior consultant in the same day
Mindset
Comfortable with ambiguity, energised by variety, and committed to building something rather than maintaining something

Performance bonus (20% of CTC) is disbursed semi-annually based on weighted KPI achievement. A score of 80%+ on the weighted matrix qualifies for full variable payout.
